2. Ken Owen. Lookin' good, dude! Even after being in a coma for a year, or whatever.
3. Michael Amott (bonus for most graceful aging).
4. Walker (I love you but I don't love your face. I have always liked your hair, if it is any consolation.)

Haw, this was a surprise.
The first time I saw the cover art for (the original version of) Symphonies of Sickness, I had weird dreams for months afterwards. This is an oddly apt bookend to that.
